Our mission is to create an environment where women are happy and confident. We want to spread the light of Jesus and encourage each customer to know they are remarkably and wonderfully made. We want to celebrate times in their lives. We want to put a smile on each face and make sure they know they are special.

Outward clothing is not what makes all this true, we truly believe it’s the inward parts that prove someone’s character and beauty. However, the saying has been said, “If you look good, you feel good and if you feel good, you do good.”

So, Babe, Let’s look good, Let's be good, and Let’s do good!

Our Ginny Bird

There are people in our lives that leave an impact, that change us for good. By knowing them, they become part of us, they weave a little of who they are into us.

Our Ginny, my nanny, was kind and generous. She was meek, she was sweet, soft spoken, and she loved people. She was a crafty gal and always wanted to create something. She encouraged my sisters and I to create. She showed us through her life how to see beauty in music and art, beauty in nature, and beauty in people… she embodied beauty.

She was a 70s girl… she was a total vibe. She is not with us anymore. I created Ginny Bird because I love creating. Its like her and I are swaying to the music, shining some sunshine on the threads she stitched into me and because of this she can still be a part of the journey I'm walking.

Store History

Ginny Bird was founded by Avery Pope in late 2021 and began online sales in March of 2022. Avery and her sisters named the company Ginny Bird in honor of their late grandmother Ginny who passed away in January of 2020.

A few months after beginning online sales the store grew and the opportunity to showcase items in various pop-ups shops in local stores arose.

Ginny Bird held pop-ups in the following locations:

  • Davis n' Company (Dallas, Ga)
  • Salon Bella (Rockmart, Ga)
  • Kitsch and Color (Dallas, Ga)

Ginny Bird has pulled from these wonderful host shops with a thankful heart in order to pursue its own storefront.

In winter of 2023, Ginny Bird will be opening its first store in downtown Dallas, GA! We look forward to seeing you all soon!
